We are the Chaos

At Lazybird Farm, we love to eat good food! As with so many other things in life, we found that if we wanted something done right, we were going to have to do it ourselves and hence Lazybird Farm was born in 2012. We believe in raising healthy happy animals the old-fashioned way with plenty of fresh air, sun, and wide open green pastures. By limiting the number of animals we raise, we ensure there are no issues with over-crowding such as disease, sanitation or stress. All of this results in premium quality meats that we know you will love as much as we do.
Erica is an information architect by trade and a homesteader by heart. She manages the day-to-day farm operations, long term planning and walking behind the roto-tiller.
Robert enjoys taking care of the animals, making sure they have plenty to eat and drink and cleaning up poop. Off the farm, he works as a firefighter/paramedic and enjoys taking care of people, making sure they have plenty to eat and drink and occasionally cleaning up poop.
Soren (9), Anna (8) and Harald (4) sometimes enjoy collecting and cleaning eggs, but mostly they like working in the family vegetable garden.
